I had a Brookstone electric blanket I used about 12 times, I had it less than a year and it stopped working. When I contacted the company they told me that since I bought it at bed bath and beyond and they went out of business that I was out of luck. Even though it's a Brookstone blanket. Do not buy their products and expect any kind of warranty

Brookstone heated blanket controller broke and company does not sell replacements nor do they provide any assistance with locating the part. Probably because they are all defective! They wrote back to me and basically said, we cannot help you with our product; you can try to contact the manufacturer to see if they will. Look in your manual. Very disappointing; now I own a very new blanket with wires in it.

Husband bought a pair of Bose wireless headphones in the SFO airport Brookstone shop for my Mother's Day gift. He gave me the gift on Sunday just in the bag he got when he purchased them.

I opened the bag noticed on the bottom it said demo. Asked if this was the last one he said no. I said the bottom of the box says demo. Also noticed it was taped at the bottom of the box so looking like the box it appeared it was never opened.

When I opened the box just the case and the charger were inside. No headphones. I have tried to call SFO Brookstone all of the numbers have been disconnected. The recept gives me a website to write up a inquiry but then I need to wait 5 days before they contact me.

I did so explained my story. they gave me a bose warranty number to call and say bose stands behind their products. It isn't an issue with bose. It is with the airport brookstone store they need to replace or refund.

If I could contact this company directly instead of moving like snails. Customer service is not their specialty I even emailed corporate they told me to contact the Hudson email address for a refund.

Lost a charger

I was asking if they could send me the attachment to charge the Rechargeable fan with the power bank. I was told if it wasn't ordered through them they could not help me. I assume when you buy something that has the name Brookstone on it that you manufactured it. I am dissapointed.

Brookstone - Horrible!
This company is horrible. They are selling heated blankets which is advertised as it comes with a 5 year manufacturer warranty. But they take no responsibility for but yet wants me to chase the manufacturer. They claim they don't even have their contact info. The phone number on the actual blanket has been disconnected. Sounds like a big law suit to be that needs to take place.

Throws not working

I bought 2 throws from Costco, one worked for a week and the second wouldnt turn on at all. Im thinking its the cords because the light on the adapter doesnt light up when plugged in, neither of them. How can you make this right? New cords?
