Verified ReviewerResolved: My husband bought a pair of Bose wireless headphones from the brookstone store at the SFO Airport.
Company resolved the issue.
I opened the bag noticed on the bottom it said demo. Asked if this was the last one he said no. I said the bottom of the box says demo. Also noticed it was taped at the bottom of the box so looking like the box it appeared it was never opened.
When I opened the box just the case and the charger were inside. No headphones. I have tried to call SFO Brookstone all of the numbers have been disconnected. The recept gives me a website to write up a inquiry but then I need to wait 5 days before they contact me.
I did so explained my story. they gave me a bose warranty number to call and say bose stands behind their products. It isn't an issue with bose. It is with the airport brookstone store they need to replace or refund.
If I could contact this company directly instead of moving like snails. Customer service is not their specialty I even emailed corporate they told me to contact the Hudson email address for a refund.
Please help!!

Originally a catalog company, Brookstone is a nationwide specialty retailer offering an assortment of consumer products. Brookstone first introduced itself to the world in Popular Mechanics Magazine in 1965. The first catalog consisted of 24 black-and-white pages, with detailed, no-nonsense information on features, capabilities, measurements, materials and anything that would help the Customer with his or her buying decision.
